You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refund requests may be submitted through the support method provided in your purchase receipt or through the contact option in the Grown-Up Area.
If a refund is approved, Explorer Pack access may be removed and the purchase may no longer be eligible for restoration on another device.
